Ingredients

200 gramsDry soya (soak in hot water for 30 mins)
4 tbspCrushed cornflakes
4green chillies
1 tspginger scraped
2 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)
to tasteSalt
1 tspGaram masala
1Egg (beaten)
1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

Squeeze soya and Grind with green chilli, coriander leaves salt as a thick paste

Mix all the other ingredients together and keep for 20 mins.

Take the dough, make your desire shape and shallow fry in medium flame

Your easy and healthy snak is ready to serve with mayo chilli
