Chole Poori

Soak the chole overnight. Strain the water. In a Pressure cooker add water, salt and turmeric. Pressure cook it to 3 whistles. And allow it to cool

Make a paste of onion and tomato. And Mix all the spices into it and mix it well.

In a pan add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin and paste. Stir it well till oil left out from it. Now add chole to it and a bit of water. Mix it. Mash some of the chollas to make thick consistency. Allow it to cook for 4minutes. Garnish with coriander.
