Here are the ingredients I used

Add powdered milk in a pot
- 3
Add 5 cups of water to d powdered milk n stir well

Put on fire and allow to heat up for 10 mins take it off frm d fire when its about to boil (d idea here is to kill any germs in d milk) allow to cool to lukewarm meaning not too cold n not too hot where u can dip ur finger comfortably

Strain d boiled milk to remove any lumps

Here is it after i strained n allowed it to cool till lukeawarm

Here is d greek yoghurt which i used to replace culture i now poured it into d milk

I Whisked it well till smooth now covered it tightly

This process looks funny but its d major aspect of retaining heat n fermentation used a nylon to cover d bucket d idea is to retain heat i used my jacket to cover up d bucket of milk n kept it in a warm cooler food flask

I used another thicker cloth to cover up d cooler i now knw my yoghurt will get d warmth it deserves i kept it in my wardrobe for 12hrs for d yoghurt to set pls once u covered it up dnt open it again until after 12hrs if not d yoghurt wont set

After 12hrs i opened it n guess what my yoghurt was set d whole thing transformed into yoghurt i Whisked n strain it in other to remove any lumps i like my yoghurt smooth

Added sugar, stir n add in flavour to it

The greek yoghurt is ready i kept it in d fridge to cool since i discovered i can make yoghurt in d comfort of my house i stopped buying yoghurt at d store u too can stop jst as i did.
