Take bunch of curry leaves, take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add chenna Dal, urad Dal, cumin seeds, red chilli, roast in low flame, add curry leaves, roast in low flame for 2 minutes.

Grind it into a paste by adding some water.

Again take the same pan, keep it on the stove, once the pan heats, pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard seeds, once it starts crackle add cashew, peanuts, red chilli once those are becoming brown add the Curry leaves paste, roast in low flame

Once it is cooked add rice into it. Turn off the stove, mix the rice well, serve with curd.
