Fried rice is one of the favourite lunch or dinner for most of them including kids. Why to wait going restaurant, let's have it healthiest version at home. #week2of5 #goldenapron3

Take a pan and heat required amount of oil. Then add garlic saute a for few minutes. Then add onions, carrot, beans, cabbage, 1/2tsp salt and saute until half cooked.

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, 1/8tsp sugar and give a mix. After 2 minutes add capsicum, half of spring onions and spinach. Now add the rice and give a gentle mix.

Adjust salt as per you taste. Sprinkle some pepper powder and garnish with spring onions. Serve the fried rice warm and always immediately after making for batter taste.

Note: Try to avoid taste makers and food colour which is completely unhealthy.
