Steps

In a hot pan add milk,let it boil till half.

Now add mashed khoya,mix it very well.

Add sugar,crushed cardamom,stir it till sugar dissolve.

Make a slurry from rice flour,corn flour.

Add this slurry in the boiled milk.mix it very well.

When all things gets thick consistency,remove it from the flame.

Add almonds,and pistachios.mix it.

Let it cool.

Fill it in the any air tight jar.

Keep it overnight in the freezer.

After that take it out from the freezer,serve it cool,cool.
