Sprouted moong dal chaat

For boiling the sprouts heat 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. When the water starts bubbling add the moong dal sprouts and cover with the lid and cook for 3 to 4 mins.

Drain the sprouts and keep aside. Now in a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Or you can directly assemble the chaat in a serving plate. In a serving plate add boiled sprouts moong dal. Add little yogurt along with chopped onions and spring onion and lemon juice.

Now add little bit farsan or sev sprinkle some chaat masala Rock salt and red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and finely garnish with pomegranate seeds.
