Ingredients

  • 200 gmflour
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tbscandamon
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbsgrated leave lemon
  • Cooking oil
  • 3 tbssugar
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the dough with all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Knead till soft

  3. 3

    Wrap with cling film and let it rest in the fridge to 20min

  4. 4

    Out of the fridge start to roll and cut in small cubes

  5. 5

    Start to fry your mandazi till turn brown and well cooked
