First marinate the paneer cubes and boiled chap(cut it in to small rounds) with red chilli and salt and keep it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Now make a whole masala powder of coriander seeds,red chilli and black pepper by little roast it and make a powder of it.

Now make a tomato puree using tomatoes and green chilli.

Then after marination fry all the paneer and chap till light golden and fry capsicum too.

Now take a pan add oil add bay leaf,big cardamom, cinnamon,clove and cumin seeds and roast it for a minute and then add ginger.

Now add tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes at low flame.Now add curd and mix it well.And now add grounded whole masala and cook it for a minute.

Now add soaked Soya granules by squeezing it properly.Add salt,deggi mirch, turmeric powder and give a nice mix.Now add little water if required then add kasuri methi,aamchur powder and garam masala and cook it for a minute again.Now add our fried paneer,chap and capsicum in it and mix well in a gravy.Garnish with coriander leaves.Our Kathi kabab is ready to serve with rumali roti.Enjoy 😍🥰👍👌
