Whole wheat shakarpare is a quick and easy snack that everyone enjoys. It can be made in very little time.

Place a pan on the stove and add the milk and sugar. Heat until the milk is warm and the sugar has dissolved.

Continue heating until the sugar is fully mixed into the milk.

Once the sugar and milk are combined, add the ghee.

Mix in the flour and stir well. Turn off the heat.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes to set.

After 10 minutes, roll out the dough into a flat circle, like a tortilla, and cut it into your desired shapes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the shakarpare pieces and fry on low heat. Frying on low heat ensures they cook evenly and don't remain raw inside.

Fry until golden brown, then remove and let cool. Store the prepared shakarpare in an airtight container; they will stay fresh for 20 to 30 days.
