Wash chana daal and soak for 5-6 hour then grind in to mixer

Take a grind daal rest for 3-4 hour in sunlight for fermetting after add all spices and suji in to dough of daal mix together

Grease your hand with oil and make a vada

Heat oil and fry in to slow to medium flame till the golden brown now ready your spice masala vada serve with tomato sauce or green chutney
