For dough-firstly,in a mixing bowl take wheat flour, salt, oil,hing and chilli powder and knead a soft and smooth dough. Cover it and rest for 30minutes. I

Add duli urad dal in a grinder jar. Then add half Cumin seeds,Fennel seeds,Coriander powder, green chilli, Ginger, 8,10 black pepper grind to a semi fine or coarser paste.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil add 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Then add dal paste. On low flame saute the urad dal.addsalt Coriander leaves and cook urad dal till it thickens and dry.

Allow to cool the mixture. Thaen makes balls of urad dal mixture.also make the same number of balls from the dough.

Dust the dough ball and flatten place the stuffing ball on dough circle. Pleat and join the edges. Roll into a circle of 5-6 inches width. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan or kadai.fry kachori at low medium flame till golden brown and crisp nicely from both sides.serve hot.
