Yam amrita, with fish egg sauce and BBQ fish

This recipe came from a time when I was so tired of always eating boiled yam and getting to fry the yam most times the same way so I taught of something which is Yam amrita, it's a very simple and less stressful recipe .

First thing is you place your work pan on heat) than add your veg oil or olive oil and allow it to heat for few mins, by then your eggs are broken and whisked, your yam is washed and cut to the size you prefer, your flour is served and you add a pinch of salt to it depending on if you want, for the egg you add your maggi or salt and set aside, so you pick a piece of yam dip it into the egg mixture and bring out than rub it inside the flour and place it on the already heated pan to fry.

You continue the process all through if you love pepper a lot you could blend pepper and add to the egg mixture so feel the taste of pepper while eating the yam.(for the fish egg sauce the ingredients includes( 3 eggs, blended pepper, Maggi, fish of your choice, veg oil, curry/ thyme if you need to make it spice, so the processing of making it ( place a frying pan on heat add your veg oil) before then you make sure the fish you buy is boneless you have deboned it and seasoned and match it than

The eggs are broken and place on a bowl, you slice your onions and place inside, add your maggi, pepper, and than pour the fish so it stir fries And change in colour than add your egg do not stir allow it cover up the pan, after which you later stir and taste if you need to add extra maggi or salt than you place down, for your BbQ fish( ingredients are fish, pepper, maggi, veg oil lime, soy sauce, all you need to do is place your fish on a foul and give it a cut for the ingredients to go in but

Make sure the fish is properly washed before you cut it open for the ingredients to go in like in my picture you see how I cut the fish you rub a little veg oil on the body and your items combined than you sprinkle your Lime to give you a sour taste depending on what you want than you place it either in an oven, or you use a work pan add a dash veg oil allow it heat up a little than place the fish without the foul but if you using an oven you wrap the fish with the foul and give it 45mins or

Less to properly BBQ for the work pan you just allow it heat for 15mins each than you turn make sure you get the golden brown that is needed and it's ready your meal is ready you can make all this in the space of an hour or less.
