Sauteed vegetables with noodles

Heat oil over medium flame in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute for few seconds. Now add all vegetables and cook until they are tender and golden brown. Add salt and black pepper. Garnish with oregano and chilli flakes.

Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet. When cooked drain them in a colander. Rinse with water strain well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add garlic. Saute for a minute and add sliced onion. Fry for one minute. Then add all sauces. Stir well add salt. Now add noodles on a medium flame. Mix and stir so that the sauces coat the noodles.

Mix and serve hot.
