Ingredients

  • Quesadilla:
  • 1/2 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 bowlmaida
  • 1/4 spoonsalt
  • Salsa:
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1 spoonolive oil
  • 1 spoonvinegar
  • 1 spoonlemon juice
  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1/4 spoonblack pepper
  • Serve with mad angle and mint soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough of both flour. Make some small bolls and roll them very thin chappati with thin roller. Roast on tawa at medium flame.

    All chopped vegetables mix.

    Add 1 spoon olive oil and lemon juice and vinegar. Add salt and black pepper. Mix well and Serve in plate.
