Love baking cakes since I was a kid. This Vanilla sponge cake is my absolute favorite and I keep making it for my family and friends.

Sieve 2 cups maida, baking powder and baking soda in a container.

Whip 3 eggs and keep it aside. Then Whip butter and granulated sugar till they are creamy and then add the egg mixture and vanilla essence.

Now slowly add the maida to the egg mixture and stir them in the cut and fold process.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake the cake for 25 minutes.

Check by inserting a fork if your cake is cooked or not
