Cooking Instructions

Break the bananas into 4-5 pieces and put them in a box in the deep freezer for one night.

The next day take your small mixer and mix the banana pieces into a puree. If there are too frozen pieces, wait a bit till they melt a bit and mix again. Scoop the puree back into the box, and mix it well, put it back to the freezer.

When eating, take it out, scoop it, and decorate with cherries and cake deco.

When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.

Simple quick desert serves 1 or 2Use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand to customize this. Omit the coconut tea and add a bit of honey for sweetness if you can't find it. Coconut tea is found in grocery stores I use it to flavor smoothies and other things. Brown bananas also add to the sweetness. Note everything is optional and customizable, experiment.Frozen bananas. I buy bananas often, when they seem to be turning more brown then people will eat I peel them, cut then in about 1 inch pieces and freeze them. I use this in smoothies or ice cream. 😃
