Vegetable Cake

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add in milk yoghurt, eggs and cinnamon.

Grate potatoes, and carrots. Chop onions and tomatoes. Add garlic and ginger paste. Paprika cayenne pepper and salt.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Line a pan and assemble the cake. Start with batter the vegetables and then the batter. Bake for 35 minutes.
