Ingredients

  1. For the Hummus:
  2. 1 cupovernight soaked and boiled chickpeas
  3. 1/2 cuproasted white sesame seeds
  4. 3-4garlic cloves
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil
  7. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  8. 1 tsppaprika powder
  9. For the Falafel:
  10. 1 cupovernight soaked chickpeas
  11. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  12. 1/2 cupparsley leaves
  13. 1medium sized onion - chopped
  14. 3garlic cloves
  15. 1 tbsplemon juice
  16. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  17. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  18. As neededOil to shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For the hummus: Blend all the ingredients listed for hummus and garnish with paprika powder and add the extra virgin olive oil after taking it out from the blender.

    For the Falafel: Grind everything listed under falafel

  3. 3

    Shape the mixture like tikkis

  4. 4

    Shallow fry them.

  5. 5

    Serve with hummus.
