Ingredients

  1. 1 poundsoaked chickpeas
  2. 1/2 bunchcilantro
  3. 1 bunchparsley
  4. 2onions
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tablespoonbaking soda
  7. Falafel spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the chickpeas with the onions, garlic, parsley, and cilantro. Sprinkle the spices and mix the falafel dough. Add the baking soda five minutes before frying.
