In a bowl, break the egg, add the spices, milk and vanilla essence then mix together

Heat your skillet.(i used a cast iron grill skillet) Put the brawn/ ham between the slices and dip in the mixture making sure the bread is well coated

Place the loaded bread on a hit skillet and grill both sides
- 4
Slice into 2 and serve with hot tea/coffee
