Moong ki pakodi (mungodi)

Drain water from soaked moong daal transfer it into mixture jar add green chilli, cumin seeds and ginger and churn roughly, without adding water.

Then add all the spices, onion, besan and soda in the moong daal mixture and mix well. Do not add water.

Heat up oil in a pan and drop the mixture with spoon or hand and make pakodi, deep fry them untill golden brown.

Serve it with mint coriander chutney.
