It's a very easy and quick recipe...hardly takes 15 min. To make..it gives u a very tangy and spicy flavor..my hubby and son 's favorite one...

Firstly take onions and peel them..now upar se 4 cut lgao to make a flowe like..taki usme masala fill aram se kia ja sake..dont cut full onions..just chira lgana hai bharva baigan..

Now take a bowl add all sukhe masale and add few drops water/oil to make a paste...and fill the masala in between all onions...

Now take a non stick pan,,add oil now put all bharva onions into the pan...and cover it and cook for 5 mins on low flame..

Now after 5 min just turn around the onions and cook from other side for also 5 min..now on dis stage add 4 tsp water and cover it and cook for another 5 min...

Now check if it's made or water evaporates...and oil releases....ur tangy and spicy flower onions are ready...u can serve it with paratha,roti or dal rice...
