Place the potato sticks in an air fryer and cook until done.

Mix all the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken breast pieces, and toss to coat well.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring, then cover and let the chicken release its juices. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through. (Optional: For a smoky flavor, place a small cup with a little oil in the center of the chicken, add a hot charcoal piece, and cover to infuse smoke.)

Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and spread them in a baking dish. Top with the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese (optional). Bake in the oven until the potatoes absorb the chicken and spice flavors. Serve with bread on the side or use as a filling for sandwiches. Enjoy!
