Ingredients

1 (300 ml)carton of double cream
1 cancondensed milk
4 cupsfull fat milk
1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
A fewstrands of saffron
1/2 teaspoonyellow food colouring
1 teaspoonchopped walnuts and pistachios

Steps

Bring the milk to the boil add the saffron cardamom powder and colouring to the milk. Let it cool until its completely cold.

Then add the double cream and condensed milk and blend this really well.

Add to containers and moulds of your choice then sprinkle the walnuts and pistachios then put it in the freezer. Enjoy after 24 hours 😊
