Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1/2 cupcoconut powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspvanila extract
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat sugar, eggs and butter till creamy.

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients. Add vanila extract and coconut milk mix well.

  3. 3

    Bake at 180 Degree for 35 to 40 mins. Toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle coconut and garnish with almonds.
