Beat eggs and sugar for 4 mins on high speed.

Add oil and lemon Zest in egg batter and mix on low speed for 20 sec.

Sieve plain flour, baking soda and baking powder for 3-4 times.

Add flour sieved in 2-3 parts with spetula in egg batter and fold.

Add milk and make smooth batter. Take cupcake tray and fill each cup with 3/4 batter.

Bake 15-18 mins on 180 C or till toothpick become clear.

Let them cool down and then add frosting.
