Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed, chana dal, urad dal. Saute it for golden brown. Then add green chilli, onion and curry leaves and sauté it for a couple of minutes.

After onion change colour add finely chopped tomato, carrot and fresh peas. Sauté all together for next 2mins and add salt to taste and pinch of turmeric powder. Add the 4cup water and boil it.

Once water comes to boil and vegetables 3/4 cooked add roasted semolina and mix well without lumps. Slow down the flame while adding semolina.

Close with lid and cook it for 3mins. Then open and check.Switch of the flame and add 2 tablespoon ghee and mix well. Close with lid for next 2mins. Then serve hot with coconut chutney. Yummy and easy dinner is ready with in 20mins.
