Ingredients

10 to 15 minutes on slow flame
serves 4 servings
  1. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 2 tbspsooji
  3. 2 tsplemon
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 packet eno
  8. For tempering
  9. 1 stringCurry leaves
  10. 2 tbspsugar
  11. To tastesalt
  12. 2slit green chilli
  13. 1/2lemon
  14. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  15. 1 tspwhite til(sesame seeds)
  16. 1 tbspoil
  17. 1 tspmustard seeds
  18. 1 cupwater

Steps

10 to 15 minutes on slow flame

    Take a bowl and all ingredients of batter except eno and keep aside for 10minutes.In meanwhile heat water in a vessel and grease kulfi mould.After 10minutes beat batter for 5mins and add eno and fill the moulds and keep the moulds on stand in a vessel and cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 mins on slow flame.Side by side in another pan heat oil and pyt mustard seeds,curry patta,green chilli and dein add water,salt,sugar and juice of lemon and boil for 2minutes and off the flame

    Now,demould the kulfi mould and temper with water and insert sticks in it and garnish with coriander and chill.Serve after 1/2an hr.
