Soak the Dal for half an hour

Take a cooker put 4 cups water Add Kerry and green chillies, turmeric powder,salt and add Dal cover the cooker whistle for one time... leave for 10 mins

For tadka...take a pan put half tablespoon oil when oil heat add cumins seed & curry leaves now add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder cook for 5 mins than add dal... garnish with fresh coriander...
