3potatoes (cut into long pieces)
1/2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspamchur powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tspDhania powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspsalt
4-6 tbspoil
as requiredCoriander leaves

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes in medium flame.

When potatoes become soft and golden take out the extra oil.

Now add all the masala. Mix it well.Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. For more tangy taste you can add lemon juice in it.
