Firstly, take a bowl add maida,wheat flour, Salt baking powder and other ingredients. Knead dough soft, take aside for 30 mins, cover it with plate.

Take a bowl add all ingredients make stuffing,take a pinch size dough ball dust with maida in the center stuff paneer cheese stuffing, bring the edge to the center and start pleating. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and coriander seeds.

Gently roll it, brush with water flip kulcha in the cooker after a min flip cooker upside down and cook kulcha directly In the low flame,in the 5 min ready your kulcha also brush some Desi ghee.

Finally, serve your paneer cheese kulcha with chutney and curd.
