Fusion tagliatelle, steak mince, spring greens Asian style

A 15 min meal.. When you need to use up some tagliatelle and a bit of spring greens and steak mince. This is my quick and easy to make fusion noodles. The soy, wine and fish sauce complement the beef and cabbage nicely.

A 15 min meal.. When you need to use up some tagliatelle and a bit of spring greens and steak mince. This is my quick and easy to make fusion noodles. The soy, wine and fish sauce complement the beef and cabbage nicely.

Prepare your ingredients, cook tagliatelle to slightly under done and leave to one side.

Brown mince, add a little sugar, white pepper, fish sauce and soy. Put to one side.

Stir fry the spring greens, add onions, garlic and chilli.
- 4
Add wine, oyster sauce to the greens.
- 5
Return mince to the pan, add half a pint of water and bring to the boil. Season to taste.

Return the tagliatelle to the pan and heat through. This will finish cooking the tagliatelle. Serve up!
