Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 76 gsugar
  3. 76 gegg mix
  4. 7.5 gsalt
  5. 8 gyeast
  6. 18 gmilk poweder
  7. 70 gdouble cream
  8. 46 gmilk
  9. 36 gbutter
  10. 40 gbread flour
  11. 200 gwater

Steps

    Cook at 65c mix bread flour 40g with water 200g and mix and then let it cool down like a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Now mix this cold smooth paste with all the ingredients listed into bread maker to kneel and rest but not let it to heat.

    After it is rested and grow very big in the bread machine. take it out and give it a gentle roll. now cut them into 6 small pces, roll out and then carefully wrap into a swiss roll style. put into the bread tin

    Now let it rest for another 30minutes to 1 hour till it become bigger.

    And then check if the doll has good spring quality.

  6. 6

    Put into overn 170c for 40 minutes and then done.
