Ingredients

  1. 2small bowl phool Makhana
  2. 4boil potato
  3. 2green chilli Chopped
  4. Salt as your taste
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  10. Few chopped almonds
  11. Few raisin

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly roasting the makhana in a pan/kadhie with little bit of ghee until it's get crunchy After they are roasted, blend them to a fine powder. Roast on medium flame.

    For preparing tikki dough:Mash the potatoes and add salt as your taste, Garam masala, black pepper powder,green chilli Chopped, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, kasuri methi in a bowl also add makhana powder in it and Mix well.

    Divide the mixture into equal parts and make round balls of them.take one round ball flat it between your palm and make space in centre. Chopped almonds 2 raisin in it. Gather from all side seal it.make round ball again. Again press it in between your palm to make a round shape.

    Heat a oil in kadhai over medium flame and deep fry Them till they are golden in colour.

    Serve them hot with Coriander chutney.
