Boil the potatoes in another pot until it is soft enough that the knife can go through it.

Add oil followed by garlic and onion

Then add cumin seeds until they turn brown. Stir it well.

Then add tomato and salt. Stir it.

Cover it for 2-3 mins. Meanwhile crush them.

Now add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, the spinach

Just add a lil bit of water and let it heat for 3 minutes

Now cut the potatoes into slices and add them into the pan

If some potatoes are hard, add 1 cup of water, otherwise add half cup

Now stir them, close it's lid and let it heat for like 4 minutes

Now mash the potato into smaller slices and let it heat until all potatoes are good

If the potatoes were hard, add more water and let it heat more until it's good.
