In a mixing bowl add urad dal paste little salt baking soda and mix well

Heat oil in medium flame and fry vada out of the mixture

In another bowl heat 2 glass water to Lukewarm by adding a pinch salt
- 4
Directly pour the fried vada to the warm water soak it for 5 mins

Squize excess water

For serving in a plate keep vada pour beated dahi imli chutney, red, green chutney and all dry masala with chopped onions, coriander leaves, sev bhuji... Enjoy the delicious mouth watering dish.
