Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupurad dal soak over night and pasted finely
  • 2 cupdahi/curd
  • 2 cupoil
  • 1 spoonbaking soda
  • 2 tspgreen Chutney
  • 2 tspred chutney
  • handful sev bhujia
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2 tspchopped Coriander leaves
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 spoonroasted cumin seeds
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

    In a mixing bowl add urad dal paste little salt baking soda and mix well

  2. 2

    Heat oil in medium flame and fry vada out of the mixture

  3. 3

    In another bowl heat 2 glass water to Lukewarm by adding a pinch salt

  4. 4

    Directly pour the fried vada to the warm water soak it for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Squize excess water

  6. 6

    For serving in a plate keep vada pour beated dahi imli chutney, red, green chutney and all dry masala with chopped onions, coriander leaves, sev bhuji... Enjoy the delicious mouth watering dish.
