1peach (deseeded)
4-5lychees (deseeded)

1boiled egg
1/2cucumber

Wash, peel, and deseed the lychees, cherries, and peach. Keep an egg to boil separately.

Wash, and dice the cucumber and tomato.

Separate the salad leaves, wash them. Arrange them into a plate or a bowl.

Slice peaches, halve the lychees and cherries, and add to the bowl. Add olives, cucumber, and tomato.

Peel and slice the boiled egg and add to bowl. Spread dressing over the bowl. Enjoy!
