In a kneading plate add both the flours, hand crush carrom seeds, salt, turmeric powder.

Red chilli powder, oil, add water and knead stiff dough

Add oil and knead it again. Cover it and keep it aside.

Take a pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Add oil mustard seeds, get crackled. Add asafoetida, dry red chilli.

Now add onions saute it till it get golden. Add chopped tomatoes, saute it. Till smashy. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

With coriandor cumin powder, garam masala. Crush ginger garlic green chillies, salt. Mix it well.

Add boiled blended dal with water. Let it get boiled.

Now make equal parts of dough. Roll big size Roti (Thin). Cut it in square. Roll all Rotis.

Once dal start boiling add square pieces of rotis. Mix it, cover it. Cook it for 10 min. Check roti piece cooked, add lemon juice, Chopped coriandor. Mix it well.

Serve hot with salad. Yummy hot Rajasthani Dal Dhokli.
