Steps
- 1
Cut the sides of the bread slices properly and roll them and flaten them with a rolling pin. Brush some water over it, to keep them moist. Now keep them aside.
- 2
Take a pan and fry some dry fruits in a tsp of ghee and keep it aside. Now take 2 pans and boil the milk, in one pan half litre and on another pan half litre. Add a pinch of elaichi powder and sugar/condensed milk according to your taste in both the pans....Make the consistency to half for one of the pan, you can add a bit of yellow food colour or kesar at this stage and switch of the flame and keep it aside. And for other pan, add the dry fruits and bring it to mawa consistency as in pic 2.
- 3
The mawa consistency would be for your filling. Now take 1 to 2 tsp of filling and place it over the bread slice as in pic 1 and roll it. Roll the rest of the bread slices in the same manner.
- 4
Now pour the rabri-wala milk over it. Decorate it with some pistachios and kesar and keep it in a refrigerator for an hour or two. And serve it chilled. 😋
