Whole masoor rice 🍚 🍛

Soak whole masoor for 6 to 8 hours.. and than after 8 hours wash masoor 4 to 5 times with water.

Add water and 3 whistles of pressure cooker.. and also make a biryani rice..

Cut all the ingredients and make a spice asides.

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera. Let them turn red. Add some curry leaves. Than Add the cuts potato, let them cook.. after cook well potatos add cuts onion 🧅. Cook it well till turn brown.

And than add ginger garlic pest and green chilli pest.. Add biryani masala and chicken masala. After that add some oil if needed and add ghee too..after 2 min add whole masoor and than add cuts tomatos. Cook both for a 5 mins.. the greavy is ready.

I make layers for while masoor rice.. so it looks great. You can watch it in bowl. And whole masoor rice is ready to eat.. it is very teasty.. try it once you people will like it.. 😊
