Wash quinoa nicely

Soak for 30 minutes.

Now drain and grind it by adding curd & semolina. Make dosa consistency. Keep it for 15 minutes to rest.

Make dosa without adding veggies.

Add all veggies, salt, black pepper, soda. Mix well

Make uttappam. Serve hot with nariyal chutney or ketchup.
