Heat oil in pan, once hot add chopped onion, let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.

Now add tomatoes and cook to gets tender and mashed. Now add capsicum and boiled red beans.

Add taco seasoning, garam masala, salt to taste, red chili powder. Nix properly and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Now add boiled rice. Mix properly. Serve with avocado salad and sour cream.
