Meat is a rich sauce of high quality protein. It it a high sauce of vitamins and minerals. The main thing is , it has vitamin B12 , that's essential for bones. Most people , who are vegetarian , get. Bond problem after age 50yrs due to deficiency of B12 vitamin. So mutton is definitely super nutritionally.

In Odisha, traditionally , mutton is cooked with
potatoes along with rest masala paste. The way I cooked , learnt from one of my Muslim friend. For my family I added potatoes.
