Mix veg pulao
Steps

Wash rice properly and keep aside.

In a bowl take curd. Put black pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder in it. Mix well and keep aside.

In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add cloves, cardamoms and bay leaf, saute for a minute. Add cumin seeds in it and saute again.

Add ginger paste in it and saute until raw smell goes away. Add green chilies and saute for a while.

Add onions and saute till gets translucent. Now add other vegetables in it and saute for a while. Now add masala powder and curd mixture in it and saute till all things cooperated well.

Now add rice in it and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Now pour water in it and close the lid.

Take a whistle on high flame and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the gas.

Delicious and quick mix veg pulao is ready to serve. Serve hot with curd, chutney and papad.
