Ingredients

4 person
  1. 2sliced onion
  2. 1 kgMutton
  3. 1tble spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 3tomatos
  5. 4green chillies
  6. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. 1Cininom stick
  8. 1 spoonCumin seeds
  9. 1big cardmon
  10. 2 glasswater
  11. 1 cupoil
  12. to tastesalt as
  13. 1 tea spoonRed pepper
  14. 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  15. 1/2 cupYougrt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a krhai

  2. 2

    Put oil in it and let it heat for 30 sec.

  3. 3

    Put onion and cumin seeds in it and fry for 1min.

  4. 4

    Now add ginger garlic paste And 3 green chillies paste and mutton in it and cook it for 5min.

    Add all the spices (salt, turmeric, red pepper, cininom stick,big cardmon)mix it well and cook for 1min now add finnally chopped tomatos and cook for 5min by covering lid.

    Now add yougrt and again cook for 5min untill the oil seprated.

    Now add 2glass water anf cook for 30 min on low flame by covering the lid.

    After 30 mins open the lid and cook on high flame for 5min untill the excess water dry..and mutton is tender

    When oil seprated turn the flame off and garnish krhayi with some coriander leaves green chillies and jullin cutting ginger

  10. 10

    Serve it with roti salad and raita.. 🤗🤗🤗
