Ingredients

  1. 5 tbspflour
  2. 4 tbsppowered sugar
  3. 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 4 tbspmilk
  6. 2 tbsprefined oil or butter
  7. 1/4 tbspvanilla essence
  8. as requiredChocolate chunks(optional)
  9. 2 tbspCocoa powder

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients in a glass bowl(refined flour, sugar, baking powder,Cocoa powder)

  2. 2

    Add the liquid ingredients (milk,oil, vanilla essence)

  3. 3

    Mix them well together

  4. 4

    Microwave it for one minute

  5. 5

    Take it out and add a scoop of your favorite ice cream and some chocolate syrup.
