This is a wonderful recipe made with the milk powder, dipped in sugar syrup.
Steps

Take the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add ghee and rub with your fingers to mix it

Take a pan add sugar and water bring it to boil, add cardamom powder and lemon juice, make a syrup not one thread.

Add milk one or two spoons at a time to knead the dough, the dough should be semi soft,

Make small balls out of dough.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the balls to nice golden brown. The balls should be fried on a medium low flame so that can be cooked from inside.

Dip the balls in the sugar syrup for at least 2-3 hrs.

Garnish with slivered almonds and serve hot in winter or as it in summer
