Tanatan Mint Stuffed Paratha

Knead a soft dough using flour salt and water. Now in a mixing bowl add all ingredients for stuffing and mix well.

Make lemon size portion out of the dough, roll it 6 inches add spoonful stuffing mixture and close from all the sides. Girl it in dry flour and Roll it again to make paratha.

Heat a tawa, grease and roast and cook well the paratha from both sides. Serve hot with yoghurt, ketchup or any dip of your choice.
