Ingredients

2 servings
  • Fordough--
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater To knead the dough
  • Forstuffing--
  • 1/2 cuptanatan bhujiya
  • 2 tbspfresh/dried mint leaves
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tbspoil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a soft dough using flour salt and water. Now in a mixing bowl add all ingredients for stuffing and mix well.

    Make lemon size portion out of the dough, roll it 6 inches add spoonful stuffing mixture and close from all the sides. Girl it in dry flour and Roll it again to make paratha.

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa, grease and roast and cook well the paratha from both sides. Serve hot with yoghurt, ketchup or any dip of your choice.
