Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it in cool and dry place for 2 hours so that the extra water gets removed.

Take one mango and blend it in a blender to form a puree

Finely chop another mango and keep it aside

In a bowl take a hung curd whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes or till it is smooth and light in texture

Now add sugar and whisk it again
Now add mango puree and mix it well - 6
Now take serving glass add a tablespoon of chopped mangoes, add yogurt then again add a layer of mango. Garnish it with mint leaves

Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and enjoy
